What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms
When visitors complete either the ‘I’m intrigued’ form or ‘Let’s chat…’ form, their data is transferred to our hello@happyhq.co.uk email inbox. This information is also stored on our server. We also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Who we share your data with?

This data is only used by HappyHQ and under no circumstances will be shared with a 3^rd party. HappyHQ will only use this data as a means to contact the visitor, as requested by them.

How is the data stored?

This data will be taken from the submitted contact form to make initial contact. Once contact has been made, and following up contact is agreed upon, this data will be deleted from the email inbox, and will be stored within HappyHQ’s fully secure, private CRM system which is only accessed by the HappyHQ team. This data is safe and will never be shared.

What rights do I have over my data?

At any time, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Requests of this nature will be processed within 48 hours.
