Offsites,
Away Days
and Team
Experiences

Bring people together. Make it count.

Away days shouldn't feel like a six-hour meeting in a nicer venue

And they shouldn’t feel like a reward for surviving Q1 either. We design and facilitate offsites, away days and team experiences that help teams connect properly, think differently and have conversations they wouldn’t normally have in the day job.

Sometimes that means helping a leadership team bring strategy to life. Sometimes it means helping people understand each other better across teams. Sometimes it means creating space to solve something that’s become harder to solve in the day-to-day.

And sometimes people just need to laugh together, get out of delivery mode and remember why they like working with each other. Usually, it’s a bit of all of the above.

"The most impactful offsite I've had since joining — and I can confidently say that's down to you. We feel like we've truly pushed forward with a focus and alignment we didn't have before."

Useful on Monday

Getting everyone in one room is expensive. It has to be worth it.

People travel. Diaries move. Clients wait. So the expectation is high. People want the day to feel useful. They want energy. They want connection. They want to leave saying it was worth leaving their desk for.

The challenge is that a lot of offsites end up at one of two extremes: interesting conversations but no action, or lots of activity but very little substance. The best ones do both. That’s what we design for.

What we design and deliver

Formats built around what your team needs

01
Keynotes and talks
Thought-provoking sessions that connect directly to your audience and create discussion that carries beyond the room. Topics shaped around what your team is navigating right now.
02
LEGO Serious Play
Using metaphor and hands-on thinking to make ideas visible, bring strategy to life and help people contribute in a way they wouldn’t in a standard meeting or workshop. Unexpectedly powerful. Always memorable.
03
Team and leadership experiences
Sessions focused on communication, collaboration, trust, working styles and how teams genuinely operate together. Designed to surface the things that don’t come up in the day-to-day.
04
Challenges, panels and interactive sessions
From team challenges and facilitated discussions to communication labs, panel formats and practical experiences that get people involved quickly and naturally. Enough healthy competition to make people unexpectedly passionate about winning.

“A truly inspiring afternoon. I’m now a total convert to the power of LEGO® Serious Play® to bring teams together and open up the conversations that matter. The dynamic you both bring is something else – you were both awesome.”

Examples of the work

What it looks like in practice

Strategy and connection
Housing organisation, 100 people
A full-day strategy session where teams used LEGO Serious Play to explore business priorities, what gets in the way and what success looks like in practice. People left with shared language and a clearer picture of where they were all heading.
Leadership and business priorities
FMCG organisation

Keynotes, leadership sessions and facilitated experiences designed around genuine business focus areas and stronger cross-functional collaboration. Built from scratch around the specific challenges the leadership team was navigating.

Energy and communication
Agency
Conference-style offsites blending communication challenges, storytelling, practical tools and enough healthy competition to make people unexpectedly passionate about winning. People left with energy, inside jokes and a clearer sense of how to work better together.
Why people love it

What changes, and why it stays changed

01
It starts with what the day needs to achieve

We build backwards from the outcome. What do people need to understand? What needs discussing? Where do teams feel disconnected? What should feel different afterwards? The design follows from that.

02
The work is useful on Monday

People leave with stories, language and ideas that come back into the business. Not just a good day out. Something that shifts how people work together, communicate and think about the challenges ahead.

03
It creates both energy and substance
The best days do both: the conversations have weight and the experience has momentum. We design so neither gets sacrificed for the other.
04
People genuinely enjoy it
Connection, laughter, a bit of competition, some unexpected moments. We take the work seriously without making the day feel like hard work. That’s the balance we’re always going for.
